At Mina’i Art of Radiance, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of beauty & cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during sale or promotions

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Email us your order number and issue details

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Courier Issues

Mina’i Art of Radiance is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
